ESネクスト監査法人は日本でのIPO支援、会計監査及びアドバイサリーサービス、ESN Tax Consultingは日本税務及び移転価格分析を担い、そしてEOS Accountants LLPでは米国での会計監査、税務、移転価格分析及びアドバイザリーサービスをとおして米国への投資や事業拡大される日本企業をサポートします。

EOS Accountants LLP is pleased to announce that we have formed a business alliance with two firms based in Japan, ES Next Audit Corporation (https://es-next.jp/ ) and ESN Tax Consulting (https://esntax.com/) . Each of the firms are independently owned and operated.
ES Next Audit Corporation provides financial audit, IPO support and advisory services and ESN Tax Consulting provides Japanese tax and transfer price services for businesses in Japan.
Through the business alliance of the three firms, we hope to improve our service capabilities while continuing to provide high quality services to our clients to meet their needs in the US and Japan.
